2012 Workshop rates. The following prices are based on your computer being dropped off at our workshop. We offer a collect and return service for an additional fee (based on distance from our office). Please ask for more information.

Contract customers may benefit from services included as part of their agreement. Please ask for more information about our cost effective monthly maintenance plans to see if you could save even more over the next year.
- Windows reinstall (drivers, service packs & AV included)

- MS/Adobe software install (per item)

Ocean IT wants to be as transparent as possible when it comes to pricing so you know exactly what you're going to pay before you see the invoice.
Our pricing policy means there are no hidden surprises, and you know exactly what you're paying for. We will always offer the most cost efficient solution, and if something is beyond fixing we'll tell you so. It often isn't worth spending a lot of money fixing an old computer, when you could put the money towards a nice new one instead.
We have partner and distributor relationships meaning we can often source hardware and software cheaper than other places online. If you require anything, we'll be happy to provide a quote.
Ocean IT respects software developer's licensing rights. When we install any software we'll make sure we're confident you are licensed to run the software. We may request original installation disks and serial numbers. If there is any reason we believe the software we've been asked to install is not genuine, we reserve the right not to install it.
